A year ago, I woke up every morning feeling exhausted. No matter how many hours I slept, I still felt tired. My energy disappeared by the afternoon, I relied on junk food for quick comfort, and even climbing a flight of stairs left me out of breath. I knew something had to change.
Instead of trying a strict diet or an intense workout plan, I decided to focus on five simple daily habits. I promised myself I would stay consistent for just one month.
