The hotel room was quiet except for the soft sound of rain touching the windows. She stood near the balcony in an oversized white shirt, her hair slightly wet, her eyes impossible to ignore. I tried to act calm, but every second alone with her made my heartbeat louder.
She walked closer slowly, close enough for me to feel her breath. “Why are you looking at me like that?” she whispered with a teasing smile.
“Because you make it impossible not to,” I said.
She laughed softly before gently pulling me by the collar. The moment her lips touched mine, everything around us disappeared. The kiss started soft and slow, but quickly turned deeper, warmer, harder to resist. My hands wrapped around her waist while she moved even closer, like she never wanted the moment to end.
The city lights glowed behind her, but I couldn’t look away from her eyes. She kissed me again, longer this time, leaving me completely lost in her. Every touch, every smile, every second in that hotel room felt dangerously addictive.
She rested her forehead against mine and whispered, “This night is going to stay in your mind forever.”
And honestly, I already knew she was right.
